We set out below the basis on which our fees charged to our clients are calculated:

PLEASE NOTE

  1. Long letters written or received and long telephone calls will be charged on a time basis at the       appropriate hourly rate.
  2. The above rates are exclusive of disbursements.
  3. Where a matter is particularly technical or complex (e.g. Due Diligence or Tax Enquiry) or there is some degree of urgency in completing the assignment, the rates quoted will be charged at 1.5 times the usual rates.
    (E.g. usual rate £150/hour, emergency/complex assignment at 1.5 x 150 = £225/hour).
  4. All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.
